Terms

Scheduling: Payments are expected prior to scheduling lessons, and clients are contacted within 24 hours of payment receipt to schedule one or more lessons, depending on their purchase.

Cancellation and rescheduling: Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to their start time. Sessions cannot be rescheduled less than 24 hours before they begin and will be considered completed if clients do not reschedule 24 hours or more in advance and/or fail to attend.

If a client wishes to cancel a lesson or package, he or she will be refunded the full amount, or the amount minus the individual cost of any classes that were completed in a package.
